Lavonia Takes Advantage of Joint Marketing Opportunity

In an effort to capture Northeast Georgia tourists and Lake Hartwell visitors the Lavonia Better Hometown program, Hartwell Main Street Program and Toccoa Main Street Program have joined together to create a display that is located in the Georgia Welcome Center off I-85 in Franklin County. The display features merchandise, brochures, event listings, gift selections and restaurant information from downtown Lavonia, Toccoa and Hartwell. This Welcome Center had 1.9 million visitors in the year 2000.
